Technical Support
One of my previous jobs was managing a technical support helpdesk for a UK based ISP, so I have quite familiar with technical support issues from both sides of the fence. While I usually have good experiences with technical support, sometimes I get a bad one and may post it here, removing the names to protect the untrained!
